The customer is responsible for the hired equipment from time of delivery until collection. All orders CASH ON DELIVERY (unless otherwise arranged with company) or before.
All charges are for 1 days hire.
A delivery and collection charge will be made on all orders.
The company will not under any circumstances be liable for any delays in delivery or collection or
for failure to deliver or collect nor for any expense caused to the hirer by such delay .
When breakages or losses arise, no substitute items can be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused by use of equipment hired.
Drivers and porters are not allowed to move furniture or other items.
All customers are responsible for Breakages and Losses payable on warehouse check.
All cartons or boxes to be returned. All equipment hired for indoor use and storage only.
Damage through damp or wet will be charged for.
Special charges will be made for delivery and collection outside normal working hours (9am - 5pm).
We reserve the right to substitute articles of a similar or superior quality in events beyond our control.
The owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of the late delivery or non-delivery of the equipment or part there of or out of any breakdown or defect in the equipment or out of the operation failure to operate or use any mechanical or electrical equipment or out of any cause beyond the control of the owner.
A replacement charge will be made for linen packed wet if damage occurs, or damaged linen. An additional charge will be made for linen returned with candlewax / wax on it.
No booking is finalised unless a confirmation has been recieved and accepted.

Minimum Hire Charge £25.00 per order.
A deposit is payable on all hired items and refundable upon warehouse check.
Deposits held will be returned approximately 14 days after hire ends.
All hire rates are exclusive of VAT.
