We cater for a wide variety of events, including both corporate and private functions. Q. What are the delivery charges? This depends on the area where the items are to be delivered. Please contact us for more information. Q. Can you provide other services? We have a specially selected range of companies that we recommend to clients who might be able to help with other aspects of the function. This ranges from chair covers, marquees, and caterers. Please call for more information. Q. What is the final date before the event to finalise my order? Final confirmed figures for items to be hired are 3 weeks before the confirmed delivery date of the function.  Any amendments after this may not be guaranteed. Q. If my numbers are less on the day, can I get a refund? No, all hired items will be charged as final numbers which are confirmed 3 weeks prior to the event. Q. When do I pay? Corporate accounts where credit facilities exist, strictly 14 days net from date of invoice (unless otherwise agreed). All other reservations, 50% with booking, 50% 30 days prior to event.   For events with reservations longer than 12months, 10% non refundable deposit with booking, 40% due 6 months prior to the event, balance of 50% due 30 days prior to the event. Q. How early do I have to book? We tend to be busier during the summer months therefore booking as early as possible for a summer event is advised whilst in the winter months more dates are available - occasionally we are able to fit events in with as little as 1-2 weeks notice. Q. What happens if I cancel my booking? If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to the hire date of items, then 30% of the total value of the hired items will be charged.   If a cancellation is made prior to 14 days prior to the hire date of items, then 50% of the total value of the hired items will be charged.   If a cancellation is made prior to 7 days prior to the hire date of items, then 90% of the total value of the hired items will be charged.
